I know, I know… Affordable cashmere seems like an anomaly. That’s why I’m so excited to share Quince with you today. They have luxurious cashmere pieces that are a fraction of what regular retail price would be. I’ve actually already shared them with you before if you remember this post. I bought their linen top and linen shorts this past summer summer and was impressed by the quality and price, that I had to investigate further. Last week you saw me and Olive wear coordinating cashmere and matching purses here. Quince has more than linen and cashmere; they actually have a large assortment of categories like home, jewelry, and even luggage. Today we are just going to talk about cashmere, as it is the perfect season for it and makes for great gifting.
Keep reading for some of my cashmere favorites and some present ideas for your friends, family, and in-laws!

Last weekend, we were in Napa celebrating Nick’s birthday. We stayed at the Bungalows at Calistoga again and it the perfect homey vibe for our fall getaway. The valley is warm(ish) during the day in November, but of course is a bit more breezy during the morning and evening; so, I knew bringing cashmere on this trip would be a good idea. I have the Quince Mongolian Cashmere Fisherman Pullover Hoodie and Quince Mongolian Cashmere Straight Leg Pants. I wear it as a set (and get so many compliments!!), but I also wear the top out and about by itself too. Since I had some new cashmere, I decided the twins had to have some too. They have the Quince Baby Cashmere Fisherman Tunic Sweater to match my fisherman sweater; however, if you want your baby to have a full set, Quince offers cashmere joggers and cashmere leggings. They don’t come in the ivory color that Cyprus’ sweater is, but they do come in pink that would probably match Olive’s. FYI They have toddler and kids sized cashmere, not just baby.

I’m at home most of the time, so I’ve started investing in matching sets that are cozy, but also cute. I still love my leggings and biker shorts, but I feel better about myself when I look good. That notion is actually how I found the brand Quince. I wanted cute summer sets, but everything I found was low quality and didn’t fit well or was astronomically expensive. To be honest, when I found Quince, I thought it was too good to be true. I was so surprised when I got the linen set and figured the cashmere had to be just as good if not better.
So is the Quince cashmere worth it? The short answer is yes and that I love the cashmere! I think it is a wonderful price point and stunning quality. Both individual cashmere pieces I have retail around $100 which is unheard of. The twins’ sweater retails for $50. It is a great heirloom piece that will last for decades. I’ve considered getting them another one and having their name stitched just for them to have too. The only downside I have to mention about the cashmere is that it has to be washed by hand; however, that’s not too big of a deal, because most sweaters in general are hand wash only, if washing is even suggested at all! Oh and did I mention that Quince ships free?!
As far as how fit goes for Quince, I’ve found the sizing to run true. I have a small in both the linen and cashmere tops and a medium in both the linen and cashmere bottoms. I’ll also note that I ordered multiple sizes in the size up and down, and still came to my regular size conclusion. If anything, the designs might run slightly large, but it is part of the overall look. Olive is wearing the 12-18M and Cyprus is wearing the 18-24M sizing and their sweaters run true (with a slightly oversized feel) as well.
Definitely take advantage these cozy pieces this holiday season and grab some for friends and family and yourself. For more budget pieces, you can grab these cashmere gloves for right under $30 and this cashmere scarf for right under $50. A great starter piece is this $50 cashmere crew neck sweater. They also offer cashmere throws and cashmere pillow covers. I don’t know what it is about the fabric, but cashmere just makes me feel special and fancy, all while cozy at the same time. For a mom of twins that is the DREAM.
I mentioned this at the beginning, but Quince offers a myriad of products. I recently found these organic cotton pajamas for the twins and had no idea they even offered something like that. It’s honestly more a question of what doesn’t Quince offer?! With their reduced retail pricing and high quality products, they are my new go-to for the whole family. They frequently offer flash deals, so keep your eyes peeled for those, as they are even deeper of a discount! Happy gifting - don’t forget yourself. XOXO
