Happy April! I was hoping yesterday (April Foolā€™s Day) we would wake and everything we have experienced the last several weeks would be a joke, but alas it is not. Here in Los Angeles, quarantine looks a little different than it does for my friends and family in Dallas, but with good cause. Coronavirus / COVID-19 is very real and we should do our part to not contribute to the problem. To be honest, my mind has already normalized to our current situation. I was watching a current show - they were having a birthday party. I was like ā€œhow can they all be together like that?!ā€, then I realized that it as a show and not real life.

Anyway, I wanted to continue with my favorites series, as it usually brings me happiness! Weā€™ll see what next monthā€™s favorites bring me, as I have a feeling they will be more home related. Until then, enjoy this monthā€™s favorites! Everything is linked in the paragraph below the collage.

  1. American Royals. If youā€™re looking for a fun and easy book to read, this is it! I zoomed through it and canā€™t wait until the second book of the 2 book series comes out later this year. It is a fun and lighthearted. Great for anytime, though an especially easy read right now.

  2. Primally Pure CBD Serum (c/o). I have been using this every night and it has become my favorite part of my evening ritual. I put it on as the last step of my routine, along with my gua sha stone. Blog post with pictures coming soon!

  3. Lion Dandelion Root Tea. Iā€™ve heard of the benefits regarding dandelion root tea for a while, but only recently started drinking it. Read more about why it is good to consume here.

  4. Hip Optical Beverly Glasses (c/o). I updated my glasses in the last year, but picked a frame style Iā€™ve always gone with. I was excited to get a new frame that wasnā€™t tortoise recently! I will be covering Hip Optical on the blog soon. Bonus - they have sunglasses too!

  5. Primally Pure Hand Sanitizer. I actually didnā€™t own any hand sanitizer when all of this COVID-19 outbreak first began. Luckily PP created a nontoxic one that I actually wanted to buy. Theyā€™ve already sold out twice, but you can sign up to receive an email whenever they come back in stock. Proceeds from the sanitizer benefit Feeding America and Center for Disaster Philanthropy. Get 10% off with discount code ELLEMULENOS.

  6. Mad Happy Curb Your Enthusiasm Hat. So, I donā€™t typically include things that are Nickā€™s favorites, but I wanted to include this hat on my list, because I bought it for him. Mad Happy is a local LA apparel company and the recently did a collaboration with Curb Your Enthusiasm. Nick really likes that show, so I grabbed him a Latte Larryā€™s hat and he loves it! Itā€™s already sold out, so I didnā€™t link it, but look to them for future collabs. I LOVE their recent optimist line in spring hues.

  7. Gigi Pip Monroe Hat in Ivory. Iā€™ve shared this before, but wanted to again, as I purchased it in a different color. The hat was featured on my November favorites and i actually wrote a whole hat review of the product here. They are a small business currently affected by COVID-19 and I wanted to show them some extra love. I know the hat is felt, but the ivory hue is perfect for spring! Use discount code ELLEMULENOS10 for 10% off.

  8. Maelove Wild Harvested Marula Oil (c/o). I have used marula oil on my hair before, but stopped a couple years ago when I ran out. It conditions and protects your hair. More on this oil later!!

  9. Kendra Scott Hallie Earrings (c/o). The perfect statement earring for spring AND they are on sale right now. Very cute and not heavy on your earlobes.

  10. Everlane Double-Gauze Relaxed Fit Shirt (c/o). This shirt is the definition of spring. It is lightweight, perfect for layering and I have it in the perfect spring neutrals. It comes in other colors and solids too, so there is something for everyone.
